Bulk Packaging FAQs
Do you supply the outer cartons, or do I need to provide them?
We can source corrugated cartons and shelf-ready packaging on your behalf, or work with cartons you supply. Most clients prefer us to source, as we hold stock of standard sizes and can print branded outers.
Can you pack for international export?
Yes. We pack to export specifications with multi-language labelling, batch documentation, certificates of analysis and country-specific marking. Export packaging for supplements is a core part of our packing service.
What pallet sizes do you use?
We palletise on standard EU pallets (1200mm x 800mm). UK-standard pallets (1200mm x 1000mm) are available on request for UK distribution. All pallets are stretch-wrapped and labelled.
Do you store palletised products after packing?
Yes. Our HSE-approved warehouse in Longford handles storage, stock management and dispatch. Products can move directly from packing to storage without leaving our facility.
